Diesel Technician

We're seeking a seasoned Diesel Technician to become a vital part of our client's cutting-edge workshop in South Auckland working a 12pm to 10pm shift.

In this pivotal role, you'll play an essential role in the truck service department, where your ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks will be key to your success.

Key responsibilities

• General service and repairs of trucks and trailers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Preventative maintenance servicing
• Ensure vehicles are road safe and meet compliance
• Adhering to health and safety requirements
• Ensure paperwork and job cards are accurate
• Maintain a high level of customer care

About you

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working on trucks or a relevant Level 4 qualification
• Proven experience in repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles
• A full clean class 4 drivers' license
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
