About the role:

As part of our Service Desk Team you must work well in a team environment and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning new technologies and products.

We're looking for someone interested in developing and progressing in a successful career in ICT. To reinforce this, ongoing study and professional development will be strongly encouraged and supported. Key Responsibilities:

• Outstanding Customer Service

• An excellent phone manner

• Providing technical support for NorthCloud customers across a range of technologies and industries

• Supporting all clients, no matter how big or small

• Ensuring NorthCloud clients receive gold class customer service

• Maintaining up to date time records and technical documentation

To be successful in this role you must:

• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service at all times

• Have a good knowledge of PC and server hardware, Operating Systems and Office products

• Have ICT certifications and ideally some experience working in the ICT industry

• Have a strong work ethic

• Be a self starter and a great team player
