About the role:
As part of our Service Desk Team you must work well in a team environment and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning new technologies and products.
We're looking for someone interested in developing and progressing in a successful career in ICT. Key Responsibilities:
Outstanding Customer Service
An excellent phone manner
Providing technical support for NorthCloud customers across a range of technologies and industries
Supporting all clients, no matter how big or small
Ensuring NorthCloud clients receive gold class customer service
Maintaining up to date time records and technical documentation
To be successful in this role you must:
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service at all times
Have a good knowledge of PC and server hardware, Operating Systems and Office products
Have ICT certifications and ideally some experience working in the ICT industry
Have a strong work ethic
Be a self starter and a great team player
