Fletcher Living delivers high-quality residential housing on a national scale. We are building and selling more houses than ever, so are on the lookout for a proven Site Manager to join our Canterbury branch team.

The Role�

You will be working with a committed team of Construction professionals to deliver a carefully programmed schedule of a mixture of stand-alone, medium-density terraces, two-stories and multi-level apartments.�

We are building all over Christchurch including a major re-development project within the CBD as well as our subdivisions in Matai Springs (Halswall) and Greenstead (Lincoln). We also have a dedicated development team committed to ensuring we have a healthy pipeline of projects so we will never run out of work on your doorstep.

To be a successful Site Manager at Fletcher Living you will have:

This means no last-minute changes or variations on-site, and realistic build times

You will be interacting with Sales, Design, and QS teams daily so if there is an issue, we can fix it BEFORE it gets to site
