About the role

This is primarily a warehouse position, with occasional opportunities to work on-site installing shelving systems for customers. A small portion of your time will also involve assisting with inwards goods and maintaining attractive showroom displays along with truck deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Sorting, palletising, and organising racking, shelving, and shop fittings

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Assembling shelving frames and preparing stock for dispatch

• Using hand and power tools to cut and modify products

• Assisting with the receipt and checking of inwards goods

• Helping maintain and refresh showroom displays

• Occasionally assisting with the installation of shelving and storage systems at customer sites

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse

• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

About you

• Previous warehouse, pick-packing, or racking industry experience (preferred but not essential)

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25 kg throughout the day

• Enjoy hands-on, physical work and be comfortable using hand and power tools

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety

• Confident interacting professionally with customers when assisting with on-site installations

• MUST BE Able to drive a manual vehicle

• Forklift or Reach Truck licence (an advantage, but not a must have)

• Able to provide two recent work references
