We're growing our retail presence across Auckland and are looking for motivated Retail Store Assistants to join our team — with roles available at both our Newmarket store and our Sylvia Park Mall pop-up.

About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience, driving sales, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Please indicate in your application which location(s) you're interested in — Newmarket, Sylvia Park, or both.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Proactively approach customers, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales targets.

• Master Store Systems: Become proficient in using our Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, managing customer profiles, and processing orders.

• Inventory Management: Work with the Store Manager to manage stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and ensure proper inventory rotation (First-In, First-Out) to maintain product freshness and minimise waste.

• Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating appealing product displays, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring the sales floor is consistently well presented.

• Operational Support: Support the Store Manager with daily operational tasks, including opening/closing procedures and store administration as required.

About You

• Previous experience in retail or sales is essential.

• A proactive, customer-first attitude with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment (particularly for the Sylvia Park pop-up).

• Willingness to learn our product range in depth to confidently promote and recommend it to customers.

• Comfortable on camera (photos/video) – excellent presentation and professional image essential, given our strong social media presence.

• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and supplements is a plus.

• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
