What you’ll do:

• Handle Internet Orders: You’ll be responsible for processing online orders, which includes filling and labelling bottles.
• Product Compounding: Some compounding of products may be required, but don’t worry – you’ll receive thorough training on how to do this. 
• Bolster the Fulfilment Team: Work as part of the Fulfilment Team and Team Lead to ensure the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Order and cleanliness: You take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy desk and workshop.

• Trustworthy: You have the ability to maintain confidentially and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience: While no experience is required, we are seeking individuals who are keen to learn, are dedicated, and have a strong work ethic. We need individuals with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Work Ethic & Hours:

This is a high-trust environment. You must be extremely discreet and of excellent moral character. You will be working daily with trade secrets and very high value raw materials; a privacy agreement will form part of your contract.

Work hours are 5pm to 11pm Monday to Friday. You should be prepared to work more hours if requested. Immediate start is needed.

We work with hazardous and allergenic materials (alcohol, essential oils and aroma chemicals). Being comfortable working with such things is essential. We work with non-vegan materials. We also work with and produce some materials that are not kosher or halal. Some heavy lifting is involved.

In Summary:

Work hours: 30 per week.
School leavers (or university STEM students) are welcome.
