As our Administrator/Receptionist you'll be the first point of contact for clients in our Ellerslie Clinic.
Responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, you'll be meeting and greeting clients, supporting clinicians, taking payments, making bookings, managing referrals, running reports, ensuring client payments, and managing stock.
We work closely with ACC and you'll be dealing with a lot of confidential information, so a high degree of professionalism and maturity is a must.
We're a rapidly growing business with clinics throughout the country so once you're up and running, there's certainly opportunity to add more to the business if you're keen, self-motivated and show initiative.
