Position: Casual Data Entry Administrator - Clinical Trials

Hours: Flexible / As-needed

Date: Commencing October through to December 

About the Role: Optimal Clinical Trials is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Casual Data Entry Administrators to join our team on a flexible basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are meticulous and efficient, with a keen eye for accuracy. As a Casual Data Entry Administrator, you will support our clinical trials by ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and maintained, contributing to the success of our research studies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Input and manage clinical trial data with precision and attention to detail
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies as they arise
• Ensure data is entered in compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and update electronic databases and data entry systems
• Collaborate with research teams to address data-related queries and issues
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed

We Are Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Have the ability to work well under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
• Ability to handle and process large volumes of data efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a data entry role, preferably within a clinical trials or healthcare setting, is an advantage
