We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor in Central Auckland.

Our client is very well known in the industry, their franchise is state of the art, as are the vehicles they sell and the customer service they provide.

You will be responsible for a 360-degree customer aftersales experience in an impressive, dedicated Service establishment representing multiple brands.

Applicants will require in-depth Service Advisor experience, with the ability to manage time, customer expectation and communication effectively to ensure the success of this portfolio.

Being an experienced Service Advisor who can manage daily flow alongside key team members, maximise workload and be exceptionally productive, this role will see you advance your career.

Key responsibilities

  • Deal with customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner
  • Have a flexible approach to vehicle drop off and delivery
  • Pro-actively communicate within the team to ensure customers are informed on vehicle progress
  • Maximise opportunities to upsell customers
  • Communicate with management and distributor on recalls, training and warranty matters
  • Maintain a strong relationship with key accounts and fleet clients
  • Provide technical support and advice to the client base

About you

  • Be heavily customer focussed with strong communication skills
  • 2-4 years' Service Advisor or aftersales advisor experience
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service
  • Strong computer literacy and numerical skills essential
  • The ability to manage pressure comfortably
  • Enjoy a day-to-day challenge and thrive on success
