Operations Senior Specialist Group Administrator

You’ll work across all distribution channels and build strong relationships across the whole organisation. 

About the role

• Manage and implement the strategy to grow the Group Scheme segment and opportunities across all distribution channels.
• Leverage your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship skills to drive leads effectively, secure new business.
• Work collaboratively across the business to enhance understanding, visibility, and support for Chubb Group business.
• Utilise your market expertise to identify and propose new business opportunities across all distribution channels.
• Collaborate with internal experts to review and revamp the existing collateral and products.
• Retain existing business and enhance customer experiences by improving business service processes.
• Support IFA regional teams with adviser agency and data queries.

To excel in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with a focus on life insurance
• Ability to effectively lead and manage group scheme initiatives, particularly in relation to broker and distribution business
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship skills
• A proven track record of surpassing ambitious business targets and goals
• Your capacity to adapt and cope with change, adversity and complexity 

Adviser business/practice development/consultancy experience preferred
