About the role
Due to continued business growth, our client is now seeking senior Customer Services/Operator, who has experience in Imports and Export to join their dynamic and fast-paced team.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end to end process for a portfolio of import and export customers

• Preparing quotations for both air and sea freight shipments.

• Coordinate and oversee the import and export of freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery

• Liaise with overseas agents and international partners, customers, and service providers to manage logistics and provide excellent customer service

• Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, and other shipping and airfreight documentation

• Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers

• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping process

• Invoicing

What we're looking for

• Solid international freight forwarding experience, ideally an all rounder in both import and exports operations.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in using cargowise

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
