Role: Predominantly working in dispatch / resett.

Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.30am - 5.00pm

*Spotlight is a 7-day retailer. Weekend, weekday and public holiday availability advantageous

We have some great opportunities available in our Christchurch store. We are looking for passionate Service Assistant Team Members for both part-time and casual roles.

·         Assisting customers with their queries and providing advice on products

·         Assisting the store with merchandising and recovery standards 

·         Getting the stock in the right place at the right time to ensure strong sales

·         Learning quickly and adapting to our extensive product range

·         Working both independently and as part of a team

·         Assisting Team Leaders with stock management and forward planning processes

·         Maintaining vigilance to minimize stock losses and take appropriate action where required

·         Contributing to in-store based promotions and displays

·         Some heavy lifting will be required

To be considered for this role, you will be expected to demonstrate:

·         Passion for customer service and selling

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills

·         Willingness to go the extra mile for the customer

·         A good eye for detail & time management skills

·         Point of Sale systems and Resett/Merchandising experience preferred

·         Ability to work alone and as part of a team

·         Experience or interest in any or all Spotlight products

The Ideal Candidate:

·         Previous retail or customer service experience

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and physical workplace

·         Strong communication and teamwork skills

·         Flexibility to work a variety of day and night shifts
