Launching into Australia in 2008, ELRANZ has rapidly expanded into the Airport Bar & Restaurant marketplace. Emirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) operates over 30 venues across 6 Airports in the region.

We are a subsidiary of the Dubai based ELR/MMI group owners and operators of over 300 restaurants, cafes and bars across Asia, The Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. We are also part of the broader high-profile Emirates Group. 

THIS ROLE/LOCATION

We’re looking for energetic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Auckland Airport on Part-Time basis. We have multiple positions available based at Fernery.

This hands-on role includes a mix of wait service, barista duties and bartending, so experience in a fast-paced café or restaurant setting is ideal.

Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including early morning starts, late evening finishes, weekends and public holidays, in line with airport operational requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve our valued guests with enthusiasm

• Provide friendly and efficient table service, including taking orders

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines and premium spirits

• Make barista-quality coffee (training provided)

• Follow all ELRNZ policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of front of house with bartending and table service experience

• A passion for great guest service

• A team player

• A keen focus on ensuring quality every time

• Must have own reliable transportation
