Full-Time Position
If you have a strong FMCG sales background and know how to win distribution in competitive retail environments, we want to hear from you. Please submit your CV and cover letter outlining your sales achievements and why you are the right person to grow this territory.
South and East Auckland is one of our largest and fastest-changing regions. With strong population growth and increasing cultural diversity, this territory presents significant opportunity for expanded retail distribution, stronger in-store execution, and new customer acquisition.
We are seeking a commercially disciplined, results-driven Territory Sales Manager who understands how to build ranging, influence store-level decisions, and convert opportunity into measurable sales growth.
At Ghiotti, we represent premium European food brands across New Zealand, from authentic Italian cheeses to specialty grocery lines. As part of the Granarolo Group, one of Italy’s leading food producers, we are focused on disciplined growth, stronger market presence, and deeper customer partnerships.

Deliver territory sales targets and measurable distribution gains.
Have proven FMCG retail sales experience, ideally within grocery or specialty food categories.
Demonstrate a clear track record of increasing distribution and growing territory sales.
Be confident working with independent retailers and culturally diverse store owners.
Understand margin, trade investment, and commercial fundamentals.
Be proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously.
Hold a full New Zealand driver’s licence.
Knowledge of foodservice channels would be advantageous, but retail execution is the primary focus of this role.
Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus.

A high-impact territory with genuine growth opportunity.
