The Role

In this high‑impact role, our Head of Risk and Compliance safeguards how Jade manages risk, moving beyond compliance checkboxes to real‑world, commercially aligned risk that empowers our business to grow boldly.

Leading and embedding the Group’s Global Risk Management Framework in a practical, scalable way, you will also:

• Own our external certification programme (ISO 27001, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials)
• Coordinate internal and external audits with integrity and pragmatism
• Build risk reporting that tells a meaningful story to ELT, ARMCO and Group
• Partner with product, security and operations to balance growth with assurance

This role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making, shaping risk practices that help Jade move fast without breaking things.

What You Bring

• Experience implementing or enhancing enterprise risk frameworks
• Strong knowledge of certification and audit cycles, especially ISO 27001
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business-friendly processes
• Comfort engaging with senior leaders and influencing at a strategic level
• A commercial mindset, risk leadership that enables growth, not blocks it

Bonus if you bring risk, audit or security certifications and experience in SaaS/technology organisations.
