Food Manufacturing Process Worker

We are seeking reliable and motivated Food Manufacturing Process Workers to join our client, well-established food production facility in South Auckland. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role offering a great opportunity to be part of an essential production team.


About the Role

You will support multiple stages of the food manufacturing process, ensuring all products meet high quality and safety standards. Daily tasks may include preparing products, assembling, packing, washing, sorting, and assisting with general production operations.


What You Will Do

  • Cleaning and sanitising equipment, tools, and work areas
  • Follow strict food safety and health & safety procedures
  • Work closely with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Packing finished products into trays, bags, cartons, or crates
  • Perform hands-on tasks such as making, assembling, washing, and sorting
  • Support general production activities as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Understanding of basic safety and hygiene practices
  • A positive, reliable, team-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy environment
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet
  • Previous manufacturing or process experience is an advantage (but not essential)
