As part of the People Solutions Team, our role within Group Shared Services is to support our Talent Acquisition team with finding the right people for the right role at the right time.?�

The primary focus of the role is to deliver the candidate vetting and on boarding processes across the entire business. If you are looking for a career path into Shared Services, HR or Recruitment, this role is a fantastic step in the right direction.??�

Key Roles and Responsibilities:?�

Ideally you will have some experience with recruitment processes?and be used to a?fast-paced?environment, but a can do attitude and enthusiasm are must haves. We need a person who has a passion for building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring that all systems and processes are followed.? In a typical day you will be working with external providers to ensure references, criminal history and medical checks are being carried out and to ensure that the correct processes are being followed to ensure effective and timely vetting and on-boarding.??�

Key Skills and Experience:?�

  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building�
  • High attention to detail?�
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritise is vital in this role as you deal with multiple stakeholder�
  • Previous experience with Snaphire, Workday and/or Peoplesoft will be an?advantage,?but general technical competence will be more important�
  • You will love a good process?and will have an eye on how you can make processes more efficient??�
