We are looking for tertiary students to help us in our call centre for our Back-To-School season of 2025! OfficeMax sells school books and equipment to students in primary and secondary school across the motu, so they are ready for their school year!

We have multiple roles available. For this assignment you will be supporting our customers answering their phone and email queries and making sure they have what their children or students need for the year!

You must be available to work 830am-5pm from the 6th Jan to 14th Feb with the possibility of being extended to the end of March.

Full training is provided so you are supported to succeed!

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer support
• Responding to incoming enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Gaining a sound understanding of the products sold during the back-to-school campaign
• Ensure enquiries are resolved in accordance with the OfficeMax guidelines
• And that records are maintained and kept up to date
