The Role

We have four luxury restaurants and a functions team at Millbrook Resort, the role involves ensuring guests are warmly greeted, as well as, delivering a unique and unforgettable dining experience. We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a tailored five-star guest experience. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in working mainly in The Hole in One Café which is fast paced casual dining and is renowned for our beautiful coffees. Should you join our team you will likely gain exposure to one or more of our other fantastic venues. These include the Clubhouse with a focus in breakfast service; Kobe, which has an innovative interpretation of Japanese cuisine and The Millhouse restaurant, where we pride ourselves in a seasonal menu of elegant dishes and an award-winning wine list.

• Passion for delivering a five-star guest experience, that is "on point" every time.
• Vibrant personality full of smiles, who prides themselves being the best at what they love to do.
• Outstanding communication skills, coupled with a "can do" attitude.
• Ability to work on own initiative, as well as work as an effective team player.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, coupled with excellent multi-tasking skills .
• Ability to work full time including shifts, weekends & public holidays.
• Drivers Licence advantageous.
