Your Role: As a Checkout Operator, you will be the smiling face that greets our customers and ensures they have a seamless checkout experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently operating the cash register and handling transactions with accuracy.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting with any queries.
• Keeping the checkout area clean and organized.
• Managing returns and exchanges in line with store policies.
• Collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a bonus, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
