This is a rewarding and challenging role, and the successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, good analytical skills, will be experienced and proficient in all aspects of designing, building, executing, and maintaining fit for purpose test strategies, test plans and test cases, and able to write automated test scripts and conduct manual testing.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Gain a thorough understanding of how our software is used by our customers, including functions, processes, and workflows so that you are effective in testing our products. 
  • Design, build, execute, and maintain test strategies, test plans and test cases, both manual and automated using agile methodologies. 
  • Perform hands on software testing including functional, data integrity, platform and performance, integration and regression testing to ensure the quality of our products reach defined criteria and targets. 
  • Contribute to the ongoing support of product releases in production. 
  • Assist with the build process and test each new build, including installation/deployment of builds and data conversion. 
  • Respond to allocated and escalated issues, providing ad-hoc assistance to other team members regarding escalated issues 
  • Interact directly with stakeholders by attending requirements meetings. 
  • Assist with the documentation of requirements to move these from ambiguity to clarity. 

What you will need to succeed: 

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in software testing, including experience with web applications. 
  • Experience with the following tools and technologies: JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, Testmo (or equivalent) 
  • Experience with API testing using Karate, Postman or equivalent. 
  • Experience with test automation using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber.
