1. Roles and Responsibilities:
   1. As a Functional Consultant, candidate will be an expert contributing to different phases of the D365FO ERP implementation project or support project
   2. Candidate will be intensely involved in requirements gathering, analysis of requirements and propose D365FO solution with product best practices
   3. Candidate will also play an important role in the translating the requirements and solution to development and final validation.
   4. Candidate should be preparing the Functional Design Documents, Solution Design document and validate the solution.
   5. Candidate will be required to create training plans and training client teams for developed solution
   6. Incase of support project – understand the issue reported, analysis and propose fixes on D365FO solution

1. Skills /Competencies:

1. Essential:
   1. 4 years bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
   2. At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 FO/Dynamics AX/ERP
   3. Should have 2-3 full life cycle implementations experience.
   4. At least 3 years of experience working with D365FO in business analysis or functional consulting in multiple functional areas of ERP Business Processes, functional design, testing, UAT and support experience
   5. Strong proficiency across areas of Finance including GL, AP, AR, Budgets and related best practices.
   6. Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios

1. Preferred:
   1. Working with Agile projects
   2. Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
   3. Basic domain knowledge of any industry
