This role is currently located in our contemporary office in Parnell, which will move to Ellerslie in August this year. Your Role: In this full-time Customer Logistics role within our Domestic team you will play a major role in our regular dialogue with stakeholders within and outside our organisation, handling contingencies and day-day tasks. You will work in close partnership with our, Trade Managers and our Key Account Executives, working with our Digital team to provide customer insights and highlighting opportunities for growth. At KiwiRail we first and foremost want to set you up for success. During the initial training period we will support you to acquire the skills necessary to excel in this position, learn the rail specific terminology and build your relationships with stakeholders. Your Skills: This position involves shift work rostered Monday through Saturday. We operate 24/7 therefore you must be available to work on a rotational roster and in turn will receive benefits including free parking and penal rates for working outside normal business hours such as nights and weekends.
