Wakatipu High School is a well resourced, co-educational school with a growing roll of more than 1,480 students and 140 staff, situated in Queenstown in the stunning Wakatipu Basin. The ideal candidate will:

• Be strategic, including experience and ability in developing and implementing strategic, annual and marketing plans to support the development and growth of an exemplary international student programme.
• Be a strong and experienced manager, including excellent systems ability, organisation, planning and accuracy.
• Have excellent interpersonal and relationship skills with a wide range of stakeholders including agents, parents, homestays, staff and students.
• A background or knowledge in international education.
• Have a Tertiary qualification or experience relevant to the role.

The role includes staff supervision as well as international travel and some out of hours availability.

This role sits at Grade 6, Step 1 ($95,410 per annum) on the Support Staff Collective Agreement.
