We’re building a new model of proactive care that blends clinical excellence, personal wellness, and connected community support.
We will operate through clinics within GP practices, community clinics and remotely primarily in Auckland from Silverdale to Remuera and in between.
As we look to build out our clinical team, we would like to hear from you if you could fulfil any of the following positions:
Nurse Lead – to be leading the clinical heart of Brightly shaping our nursing practice, mentoring a growing team, and helping design innovative care pathways that support older New Zealanders to age brightly.
Nurses – carrying out assessments directly with our members you will be apt not only in your nursing craft but also a specialist in working with aging New Zealanders.
Health Coaches – walking closely alongside our members, our Health Coaches will apply coaching and lifestyle change techniques to take our assessment recommendations off the page and into the day to day.
You’ll be responsible or part of:
• Leading and supporting Brightly’s nursing and care coordination teams.
• Designing and refining our holistic, wellness-focused model of care.
• Driving continuous improvement in quality, compliance, and innovation.
• Building strong relationships across the health, aged care, and community sectors.
• Representing Brightly as a trusted clinical voice in the ageing and wellness space.
• Championing a culture of openness, feedback, and growth.
• Bringing about a real change in the longevity outcomes of our membership base.
About You
You’re an empath, tech-savvy, forward-thinking, and you’re motivated by making a tangible difference in people’s lives.
You’ve spent time caring for older adults in aged residential care, inpatient rehabilitation/reablement setting or community health environment, with a deep understanding of what great care looks like.
You’re also:
• A Registered Nurse with a current NZ Practising Certificate or accredited Health Coach.
• Confident presenting to groups — from staff workshops to client seminars.
• Skilled at balancing clinical quality, innovation, and people / self leadership.
• Excited by technology and its role in transforming aged care.
• A believer in continuous learning and open, constructive feedback.
