The Role

Strategic Leadership Role: This pivotal position reports directly to a company Director and involves close collaboration with leaders across multiple offices & disciplines.

Land Development Focus: Lead the delivery of large-scale urban and rural subdivision projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring project success.

Team Leadership: Manage a team of 5 direct reports while overseeing larger multidisciplinary teams as project lead.

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

Innovation & Autonomy: Drive project outcomes, bring innovative solutions to complex challenges, and contribute to the strategic growth of the Land Development division.
What We’re Looking For

Land Development Expertise: 15+ years of experience as a highly skilled Civil Engineer with deep technical knowledge and practical project delivery in Land Development across NZ.

Leadership Capability: Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and lead teams, while ensuring exceptional project outcomes.

Client-Centric Approach: Strong communication skills with a track record of engaging clients and delivering tailored solutions.

Project Management Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex subdivision projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.

Qualifications: Degree qualified, CPEng preferred.

Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in NZ.
