Fraterworks is a fast‑growing New Zealand maker of fine fragrances and supplier of world‑class perfumery raw materials. Our concentrates end up in luxury niche scents and in the hands of thousands of hobbyists worldwide. To keep pace with incredible growth we’re adding one evening‑shift operators, three Weekend operators and one evening quality assurance and packing to our fulfilment crew.

The Roles

• 1 × Evening QA and Packing – Mon–Fri 4:45pm – 11 : 15pm, (full‑time)
• 1 × Evening filler – Mon–Fri 4:45pm – 11 : 15pm, (full‑time)
• 3 × Weekend fillers – Sat & Sun 08 : 30am – 5 : 00pm (16 h/week)

You’ll weigh and fill small batches of aroma chemicals and naturals, label bottles, pack export orders and keep the workshop spotless. No experience? No matter! We’ll train you.

Key Responsibilities

• Process online orders: fill, cap, label and pack for same‑day courier.
• Mix and decant concentrates following written batch sheets.
• Maintain accurate logs (gram weights, batch numbers).
• Support GMP housekeeping: daily wipe‑downs, weekly stock counts.

Ideal Candidate

✓ Meticulous eye for detail
✓ Comfortable around alcohol, essential oils, animal derivatives, PPE.
✓ Physically okay with occasional 20–30 kg lifts.
✓ High integrity – NDA and high‑value stock are part of the job.
✓ Positive, curious learner.  School leavers or STEM students welcome.

Must‑Haves

• New Zealand citizens or permanent residents (no sponsorships).
• Solid written & spoken English (you need to understand safety data sheets).
• Able to start within two weeks and flex extra hours in peak season — immediate starters will be given priority.
