About us

We are a young and exciting data focused company located on Victoria St in the Christchurch CBD providing sport video analysis and support services to our Northern hemisphere data partners. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our dyncamic data creation team.

The role

The role involves watching live and historic sporting events, capturing data points and entering them into our proprietry software.  Comprehensive on the job training will provide you with everything you need to get started, you will just need to bring a willingness to learn, focus and a positive can do attitude.

  • Learn and master use of in-house, analytical software.
  • Capture data points from sport video.
  • Work with team mates to provide feedback and continuous improvement.

Commitment

Shifts are 6 hours in length and are available 7 days a week between 8AM - 9PM.  We are looking for candidates who can commit to 4-5 shifts per week for a minimum of a 12 month period.  This role will require committment for at least 1 weekend shift each week.

Skills and experience

  • Sport science / sport coaching education (preferred).
  • Huddle / sports coding experience (preferred).
  • Passion / interest in sport (beneficial)​.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and excellence.
  • Drive and willingness to keep improving.
  • Common sense and a great attitude.
  • Personable and able to work well in a team and take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to focus on tasks, and concentrate irrespective of distractions.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Native computer / digital skills.
  • Basic numeric skills.
