Barulho is a busy, established, owner operated, Spanish inspired restaurant in lower Parnell.  We are open Tuesday to Friday lunch and dinner,  Saturday dinner 

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional floor staff.   With barista skills and  wine knowledge, you will need to be able to work well as part of tight friendly floor team. 

We  work hard to make sure that Barulhos' working environment is a positive and fun one. 

Your role will include greeting, seating and serving guests, as well as food menu knowledge, restocking, checking deliveries, set up and close down of restaurant and completing the service and cleaning checklists.

Closed for 3 week Christmas break, closed public holidays

Skills and experience 

You must have front of house experience, cocktail, wine knowledge and barista skills.  

Current Managers certificate is an advantage. 

Welcoming and upbeat personality,  attention to detail and enjoy being part of a team.  Able to follow opening and closing checklists.
