Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences? The CSC team has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Super Star to join our ranks. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle queries via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions. Your knack for communication, problem-solving skills, and commitment to superior service will shine in this role. Join us and be part of a dynamic team that puts customers first!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
  • Execute the CRM framework during customer interactions.
  • Resolve issues, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
  • Occasionally assist with outbound calls.
Qualifications

Ko wai koe - About you:  

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years of previous experience in a customer contact role in a high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to do what is needed to complete the requirements of the role.
  • the ability to work Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and one Saturday per month: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
