Business & Site Support Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business & Site Support Officer to join our team based in Ardmore. This role is pivotal in providing reliable and efficient support services to ensure seamless business operations and optimal outcomes. As part of the Corporate Services team, you will focus on standardisation, simplification, and optimisation of processes while adhering to strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
In addition to delivering exceptional business support, the role encompasses administrative responsibilities such as general purchasing, invoice receipting, and expense transfers. Your efforts will play a key role in enhancing workplace efficiency and supporting our organisational values.

To be successful in this role, it is a requirement to be able to work in a team environment, have well developed relationship skills as well as good verbal and written skills. You will need to be someone who is able to work autonomously and to tight deadlines and work comfortably in a continuous improvement work environment.
