Fluent Solutions is looking for an experienced onsite MSQA engineer to assist our clients.  This role will be predominantly technical project oversight, including design, as well as contract and construction management, but will also include key client account management and liaison.

This role requires practical and physical experience working on construction projects for someone who will be regularly out of the office visiting client sites. This role involves the Management, Surveillance and Quality Assurance (MSQA) for site verification mainly on pipeline and pump station construction projects.

You Will Need:

• Experience with Engineering onsite projects

• Excellent spoken and written English and ability to articulate issues and solutions

• To ensure timeliness of deliverables

• Active listening skills - giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.

• Critical thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

• Experience in client account management/ liaison.

• Contract management skills including cost estimating, tender and contract preparation, construction monitoring and commissioning.

• Project management expertise

• Experience with a range of clients from local authorities to private companies.

• Proven abilities across all stages of a project.

• An Engineering qualification would be helpful but not critical, construction experience will be helpful

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven leadership skills.

• Creative thinking to find innovative and sound solutions for our clients.
