The Role  

We’re seeking a dedicated **DTG/DTF Print Operator** to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on role perfect for a workhorse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the job done. You’ll be operating our printing equipment, preparing orders, and ensuring our standards of quality and efficiency are met. Full training will be provided, so while printing experience is a bonus, it’s not essential—what matters most is your reliability and willingness to learn.

 Key Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (additional hours during peak periods)

• Location: Henderson, Auckland  

• Perks:  We close for a 2-week break over the Christmas period, giving you time to recharge. 

 Responsibilities 

•  Operate DTG and DTF printing machines to produce high-quality custom apparel and merchandise.  

• Prepare garments and materials for printing, including pre-treatment and setup.  

• Monitor print quality and troubleshoot basic equipment issues (training provided).  

• Assist with order fulfillment and packing during busy periods. 

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.  

• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

•  A reliable, hardworking individual who shows up ready to work every day.  

• Printing experience (DTG/DTF preferred) is a plus, but not required—full training will be provided.  

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak times.  

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.  

• A team player with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset.  

• Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (e.g., boxes of garments).
