We are currently looking for a talented Full-Time Retail Assistant to join our vibrant team at Bargain Chemist Mt Roskill.
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting the store’s day-to-day operations, and helping us achieve our sales targets. You will ensure the store remains well-organized, merchandise is displayed to its best advantage, and customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service to every customer.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, including stocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and store goals.
- Ensuring the store is organized and well-presented.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and making informed recommendations.
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Knowledge of health and wellness products, or pharmacy items, is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Quick learner who is eager to gain product knowledge and assist customers.
