The AKL 145 Aircraft Maintenance Planning Team are looking for a dynamic Production Planner / Project Lead to manage a multitude of different aircraft and business planning related projects in support of business deliverables, improvements, and aircraft availability including managing lease aircraft and long-term parked aircraft.
This is a coordination role and to be successful in this position you will have the stature and the business sense to be able to build, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers at various levels and across multiple functions to deliver positive outcomes. You will be customer focused with the ability to create project structures and associated budgets, schedules, and communication plans to ensure that the project is on time, within scope and within budget.
You will have project management experience that highlights your ability to think strategically, you will be a strong lateral thinker with effective problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor, coach and influence when needed.
You will consult internally on technical issues and ensure that timelines are met; and liaise with customers and the commercial team, ensuring effective communication around timelines and issues that may arise.
