The role

We are seeking an exceptional Experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in delivering world-class, high-end projects from concept through to flawless execution. This is not a coordination role – this is for a seasoned professional who owns the entire project lifecycle and is passionate about creating outstanding, premium-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex, high-value projects end-to-end: from initial scoping and planning, through detailed design and execution, to final handover and post-completion review.

• Serve as the single point of accountability for project success, ensuring exceptional quality, impeccable standards, and client delight at every stage.

• Drive rigorous risk management, budget control, timeline adherence, and resource optimisation while maintaining uncompromising attention to detail.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, specialist subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders to resolve challenges and elevate outcomes.

• Champion best-in-class processes and continuous improvement to consistently produce award-worthy, high-end results.

 About you:

• 5+ years of hands-on advanced engineering project management experience on premium, high-specification projects. Project and client relationship management and maintaining a customer-centric approach.

• Demonstrated track record of success delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards

• Strong presence with the ability to inspire your colleagues and influence senior stakeholders

• Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure, with a meticulous eye for detail and a relentless focus on excellence.

• High level of technical CAD knowledge and experience, including in the use of SolidWorks

• Self-starter with a strong ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
