Role Purpose

This role focuses on providing exceptional support by coordinating dispatch resolving tracking issues and managing warranty claims. You will ensure seamless customer experiences by efficiently handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication between customers, third-party service providers, and our internal teams. Your goal is to deliver outstanding service that enhances customer satisfaction and drives the continued growth of Trade Depot.

About the Role:

• Deliver top-notch customer service while managing and prioritizing sales and CS support tickets
• Facilitate communication between the dispatch, warranty & customer service team
• Liaise with third-party installers, transport companies, and the internal dispatch team
• Processing orders from customers and providing excellent customer support
• Look for continuous improvement opportunities
• Troubleshooting basic technical queries
