The Opportunity:
Role Purpose
This role focuses on providing exceptional support by coordinating dispatch resolving tracking issues and managing warranty claims. You will ensure seamless customer experiences by efficiently handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication between customers, third-party service providers, and our internal teams. Your goal is to deliver outstanding service that enhances customer satisfaction and drives the continued growth of Trade Depot.
