If so, we seek a dedicated individual to join our operations team as a Care and Compliance Coordinator, a role that can profoundly impact the lives of those in the workplace.

 

Qualifications & experience

  • Applicants need to be able to interact and relate with people from all ethnic backgrounds and have a genuine desire to care for others. We are committed to diversity and inclusion, and we welcome applicants from all walks of life.
  • No experience is required, although any experience in the horticultural/viticulture or pastoral care industries is preferable.
  • Full driver's license

Key Responsibilities

  • Accommodation compliance and supervision by ensuring team members comply with accommodation standards and treat each other respectfully. Carry out regular accommodation visits.  
  • Assist team members with general enquiries and handle worker welfare, medical, personal, and work issues.
  • Carry out Medical/Bank visits.
  • Assist with operational duties, vehicle checks, dinner service, and administration duties. 
  • Assisted with international worker arrivals and departures and helped transport teams and inductions
  • Build positive relationships with the workforce and stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Understanding of ethical and confidentiality requirements in pastoral care
  • The ability to jungle and pivot on multiple requirements while staying cool, calm and collected
