As Developer – eCommerce you will be responsible for supporting the analysis, design, build, implementation of ecommerce and technology solutions with the aim of continuous improvement in the IT development team. You will provide production support for end users where required and ensure quality software and stable applications are delivered as per industry standards.

Reporting to the Development Manager you’ll be responsible for but not limited to: -

• Develop in both front-end and back-end technologies for all Mitre 10 software and systems including but not limited to eCommerce, SAP Fiori
• Build and work with Application Programming Interfaces
• Design solutions in a logical structure that are easily understood by users while adhering to Mitre 10 Development Standards 
• Perform Test Driven Development
• Work with the Tech Lead, Team Lead, Testing teams and Architect to set overall architecture and security of software products.
• Proactively recommend initiatives that continuously improve Information Technology services, processes, systems, solutions, and practices.

• A can-do attitude (you will be tested on this)
• Must have development experience in JAVA, JavaScript, or both.
• Experience in building or working with HTML, CSS3, API's, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in any of the JavaScript frameworks like Angular, SAP Fiori, React.
• Willingness to work as a full stack developer
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams
• A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
• A high standard of verbal and written communication is required around issues, managing escalations, opportunities, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
