Haven is growing and we're taking our Mortgage Advisers along for the journey. If you have experience in mortgages or lending, joining the team here will set you up for success!

You will be working alongside our growing team of over 65 Life and Risk Advisers who are constantly referring new and existing clients for mortgage advice. This is a real competitive advantage in the industry, enabling our Mortgage Advisors to go out and write deals!

Main responsibilities:

• Grow, maintain and service our existing client base by providing expert advice throughout the mortgage lending process

• Drive revenue by actively managing an internal leads pipeline - turn inquiries into settled mortgages!

• Partner with our support teams to provide the gold standard in client management and high standards of compliance

About you:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in mortgage advisory is preferred but we are also open to motivated candidates who have proven experience in the lending / banking sector

• Completion of the Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services - residential property lending

• A sound understanding of lending criteria and solid credit acumen - really know the credit profiles of the clients you work with

• A confident and emotionally intelligent relationship builder
