Puffing Kiwi is a Specialist Vaping Retailer with state-of-the-art store design and a great range of vaping products

About the role

We are looking for passionate salespeople, who pride themselves on a friendly approachable nature, and a solid focus on customer service, to help make a change to people’s lives and switch them from tobacco to a healthier lifestyle through Vaping or E-cigarettes

We have a fun and friendly team who are committed to growing the business and we are looking for individuals who are share the same values and are looking to grow with us

Your attributes:

• Customer service or retail experience required

• Have a good understanding of how vaping, and vaping hardware works

• Vape industry experience preferred

• Vape Industry interest a must

• A friendly and positive team-based attitude

• A drive to succeed in a very rewarding industry

• Driven to grow and develop your career

Responsibilities:

• Delivering top notch customer service

• Assisting customers with product advice

• Providing knowledge regarding the products to customers in store or via the phone

• Processing sales transactions

• Maintaining stock levels, receipting stock and ensuring stock is properly displayed in store
