This is an exciting opportunity for a full time, experienced retail professional to join the Swanndri team as Store Manager in our New Plymouth CBD store.

What You'll Do:

·         Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales targets.

·         Deliver exceptional customer service every day.

·         Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs to drive business performance

·         Manage store operations, inventory, and merchandising.

·         Create a fun and energetic environment for both customers and staff.

What You Bring:

·         At least 2 years previous retail management experience.

·         At least 2 years people management experience.

·         A passion for driving sales and developing teams.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
