Position: Part-Time Escape Room Worker

Job Description: We're looking for an enthusiastic and versatile person to join our team at Serve Social. This role suits someone with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and entertainment. You'll be working Friday 5pm to 10:30pm, Saturday 4pm to 10:30pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and host escape room experiences, ensuring guests have an engaging and memorable time.

• Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere across the venue.

• Handle customer enquiries and walk-ins both in person and over the phone.

• Support the wider team and contribute to the overall success of Serve Social.

Requirements:

• A positive and friendly attitude with a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to move between different roles across a shift.

• Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service is a plus, but not essential.
