We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced estimator or administrator with experience in contract pricing or quoting, ideally from within the plumbing industry, to join our regional sales team in Christchurch.�

This is a pivotal role within the high performing Region 4 (lower South Island) sales team, where you will provide commercial pricing support to our sales team, branch teams and trade customers, and contribute to the continued growth of our key commercial accounts. You will be responsible for our commercial & project quotes, negotiating with our suppliers ensuring we offer the best possible value to our customers, and working closely with the Region 4 branches to ensure a smooth transition of work.�

Your ability to develop strong, long-term relationships with our internal teams, as well as a wide range of our customers and suppliers, will be key to this role.��

Success in this role is about your customer-centric and solutions-focused approach. You�ll have the ability to seamlessly deliver a great experience to our internal and external stakeholders, through strong communication and reliable service.� Mico makes it easy and you will express this in your day-to-day work and service to your network and stakeholders.�

Your communication, organisation and relationship skills will prove invaluable, as you collaborate with a wide range of internal and external customers. A strong personal and work ethic is essential, as is your IT savvy, ability with numbers, and attention to detail.
